- An appropriate three-year tertiary career-related qualification (degree or national diploma) in Public Administration, Management, Real Estate or any other study field related to the position
- Two years’ relevant experience in property revenue and contract administration
- Supervisory experience will be an added advantage
- A valid Code B driving licence
- Computer literacy (proficient in Microsoft Office)

Primary Fuctions
- Ensure the electronic and manual filing of property contract records
- Make extracts to identify contracts which terms have expired and communicate the same with relevant stakeholders
- Follow up on arrears and issue reminders, ensuring that legal action is instituted against lessees who are in arrears
- Furnish Group Financial Services with monthly billing accounts in electronic format for integration with the billing system according to the agreed procedure
- Liaise with other stakeholder departments and consultants in respect of lease contracts and amendments, cession or subletting
- Coordinate inspections of City-owned property
- Handle maintenance and complaints emanating from tenants with other stakeholders
- Identify lease transgressions by tenants
- Coordinate the signing of lease agreements by tenants
- Coordinate the cancellation of lease agreements when the contract term has expired
- Handle customer care enquiries
